“A recent find is Eulalie, a French-inspired restaurant in Tribeca. The owners, Chip and Tina, do everything – from the front of the house to the cooking. There are no online reservations; you call and leave a message and hope they can fit you in. It feels like being in a tasteful friend’s house where everything is elegant, spacious and restrained – and cell phones are not allowed. I’m not typically a dessert person, but Chip’s citrus tart is incredible…”
