Chip is inviting, for the first time in his career, a colleague, neighbor, and friend to join him in our house, his kitchen, for an evening of menu collaboration.

They will put their hands and heads together to create an evening that will be truly a gift to all of us.
A special treat for our kitchen team as well!

I will be composing a wine list to complement the evening, embracing the styles of both Chefs. You, the guest, may choose either a bottle to enjoy or surrender to my pairing that will be from the same list. I hope to have a special wine professional, another friend, come play with us for the evening.

Mitsu, a disciple of Joel Robuchon, holds a Michelin Star at the elegant incredible l’abeille.

Chip, a disciple of Jean-Louis Palladin, with his 3 Star New York Times nod.

Together, in our sweet little house, celebrating all that is Tribeca, hospitality, food and wine. Can you stand it?
